6:00 PM – Meeting with Architect for Proposed New Construction for Rental Apartments at 31 Venetian Way

Residents are welcome to join this meeting to see the revised proposal for new rental apartments to replace the existing buildings at 31 Venetian Way. The architect has revised this project again after hearing our concerns previously. Two sets of plans for the proposed projects are available at the front desk of 20 Island Avenue where you can view them anytime.
